    • The issue of reallocation of actuators for a maneuver has been formulated as an optimization problem • The limitations of bending and torsion moments are expressed using linear constraints • A Linear Programming solution is proposed: the solution must provide the actuator deflections minimizing a linear criterion and satisfying the constraints of bending and torsion moments
