Abstract
Chalcogenide noncrystalline semiconductors are useful for the development of integrated optic components. The needed refractive index is usually obtained by changing the composition of the material. In this report, the structure and photo induced phenomena are studied by means of mass spectrometry and a computational program that permits us to explain the variations of the refractive index.
