Abstract
Due to its robustness, even though SPICE has been incepted for several decades, direct method is still widely used in many electronic circuit simulators. But the computation workload becomes unbearable with the increase of matrix dimension, therefore, for efficiency´s sake, we sometimes wish to diminish decomposing matrix times as few as possible, especially for circuits of large scale. In this paper, we will propose a new modified-Newton type method that serves this purpose.
