Abstract :
Cultivating customer loyalty is the objective of enterprise management, have an enormous impact to the enterprise efficiency. In this paper, we apply decision tree algorithm to classify the customer resource, and having mined the ideal customer. Basing on the analysis of customer behavior, to comparative analysis and evaluation of customer loyalty. Finally we achieve customer loyalty assessment and prediction, accomplish the data mining process.
