Abstract :
Describing a Go automatic recognition system base on video processing. This system captures game video through a camera, and uses Harris-based corner detection algorithm detecting the crossings in Go´s board. After gathering these crossings, system will scan lines one by one and locate crossings in every line. During the match, system will get difference between previous image and next image, and find the position of every piece. So it can show every step in computer board. The results show system can exactly locate every placed piece in real time and the correct rate is very high.
