Abstract
As China has undertaken service outsourcing, service outsourcing has a huge impact on its economy. The paper probes theoretically into the effects on China economy from the perspective of trade, industrial structure, employment and technology spillover. At the same time, the paper also verifies the assertion that outsourcing has contributed greatly to China economy through an empirical study, on whose basis some recommendations are put forward concerning policies on outsourcing.
