Abstract
It\´s necessary to study if a learner\´s cognitive ability is overloaded from micro perspective in the vast sea of modern educational information resources, which is now a "hotspot" of humanistic care of education. Cognitive load theory mainly focuses on the distribution of information resources (DIR) concerning information processing, that is, the reception of information resources input and, the output of information resources while solving problems. A further research and discussion need to be conducted mainly from the aspects of approaches, means and methods, etc. of the presentation of multi-media to avoid both input and output from causing cognitive load, thus reaching the best state of saturation.
