Abstract :
E-business will change the ways that all companies do business, and most traditional businesses will evolve from their current business model to a combination of place and space via e-business model, so itpsilas important to construct a theory system to help enterprise make e-business transformation strategy. The main objective of this paper is to investigate a framework for analyzing e-business transformation strategy. Based on the e-business evolution, a four dimension model was established, IT application, corporation strategy, competence of IT and power of relationship, which provides a theoretical approach for e-business transformation implementation, In the end, we conclude some suggestions and rules about how enterprise should do in establishing their e-business transformation strategy based on the evolution model, which is valuable for business practice.
