Abstract
This paper describes the main work of network appliance controller development based on power line carrier communication technology. Design of power line distributed system architecture. Development of a safe prevention circuits, dial-up circuits, voice circuits and appliance control circuit through the power line node. Control with the FPGA processor. Design the networking software and 8051 interface circuit. Set up Gateway, the final integration of the entire system. Users can easily remotely open, close and control of home information appliances to use the telephone, and you can also control the robot and CCD at home to monitor the home environment, through the device.
