            Abstract : 
To measure the height of conductor and the stagger of railway overhead contact net, we designed the mobile-type railway contact net geometry measuring equipment based on three high-speed CCD linear image sensors. High-speed CMOS circuit of the CCD logic driver is low-cost, and there is no need to debug. According to the features of TCD1703 chip following measures are taken: (1) CCD output signal is amplified by the summing amplifier, and the output voltage is doubled. (2) using the characteristics of that LED dynamic resistance is small ,we realized non-destructive level shifting. (3) in the circuit, RC compensation circuit was set, eliminating the background level of saw-tooth wave phenomena. Circuit can work stability under the 20 MHZ clock.
