Abstract :
The study and analysis of a high-frequency current-source (CS) single-stage power-factor-correction (S2PFC) converter is presented in this paper. The general principles of the S2PFC techniques are introduced first. Based on the general principles, this paper focuses on the CS S2PFC technique and explores the effects of different circuit parameters on the input current THD and current ripple, the switch current stress, the energy-storage capacitor voltage stress and the overall efficiency. Simulation and experimental data are given to support the study and analysis
