Abstract :
In this paper, we build the model of the Cognitive Radio system by continuous time Markov chain and analyze the model by Markov theory. Aimed at the character that the access of over many cognitive users will result in the forced termination of the users´ service, we design an algorithm to control access probability of the cognitive users. The algorithm maximizes system throughput in the precondition of satisfying the forced termination limitation. The simulation result shows that, in the system using the algorithm, the access probability and the system throughput increase with the forced termination limitation. And also the largest access probability under the forced termination limitation is the access probability value able to maximize the system throughput. The forced termination limitation is satisfied at the cost of the throughput performance.
