Optical Plankton Counter(OPC) can describe size and amount information and spatial distribution of the zooplankton samples which flow through it´s tunnel. But the non-zooplankton detritus mixed with the samples limits the application of OPC which cannot distinguish between them. Here we constructed a zooplankton net samples estimating system with OPC-1L, which can measure zooplankton samples in pump-drived cycling system well and truly. This system was modified many times to reduce influences(air bubbles, coincidences, impact damages, etc) with experiments. Now the system is almost bubble-free and work steadily, we can count a bottle of samples about 5000 individuals less than 20 minutes with accuracy higher than 80%.
