Abstract :
This study integrates cognitive process, emotional states and belief bases to establish userspsila continuous adoption intentional model of information systems. Portal Web sites are used as the objective system; and results of the study found that variance in continuous adoption intention can be explained by satisfaction. Among the five constructs that can affect satisfaction- perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, positive emotion, and negative emotion are found to be significant; however, the relationship between confirmation and satisfaction is not established.
