  • Abstract
    The three-dimensional finite-element method is used to evaluate the electromagnetic and electrical parameters of a TE/sub 01 delta / cylindrical dielectric resonator (DR) housed in a parallelepiped metallic enclosure. The case of free oscillation is investigated. Numerical results concerning resonant frequencies, field vectors, and coefficients of coupling between two adjacent DRs are presented.<>
