Abstract :
Knowledge sharing has a great significance both in theoretical and practical perspective in the research of knowledge management. Based on the concept that knowledge sharing is essentially a process of knowledge transferring, organizational knowledge sharing can be viewed as a problem of Complex Adaptive Systems subject. This paper proposes a framework of organizational knowledge sharing based on CAS theory, which is a new outlook of knowledge sharing research work.
