On the relationship adjustment between the farmers and service-oriented government

The relationship adjustment between the government and the farmers is a must in the construction of new socialist countryside, in which the farmers are both the subject and the object while the government plays the leading role. Therefore, the key factor in the development of the countryside lies with the virtuous interaction between the leading government and the mainstay-the Farmers. This paper sets out to present the opinions that the virtuous interaction shall be fulfilled through structuring the service-oriented government, cultivating farmers in the new era, perfecting legal system, and building an interactive platform.
