Abstract :
NICT is Japan´s sole public research organization devoted to information and communications, supporting the forthcoming ubiquitous communications society by conducting research and development into fundamental application technologies in the telecommunications field. NICT also offers comprehensive project support to industry and academia. We have been carrying out a number of R&D projects in cooperation with academic, industrial and governmental organizations and companies worldwide.
