Abstract
One of the main reasons to increases innovation activities in today´s globalized economy is knowledge management strategies. However, little attention has been given to the development of knowledge management strategies within organizations, as well as activities that drive innovation. Although the numbers of previous local studies have shown a development of knowledge management strategies, how far these strategies have been instigated successfully remains unclear. This study empirically investigates the relationship between knowledge management strategies and innovation performance. The result of this paper shows how important organizations to embark knowledge management strategies in various ways to strengthen innovation activities.
