Abstract :
For lack of the enough conclusion that was generally accepted on the simulation and simplification method for boundary condition of the legs and types of parameters, the jack-up platform with the cylinder-shaped legs and the one with truss legs were selected as the target platforms for this problem in this paper, while different kinds of simplification methods were determined using Equivalent Pile Principle and Elastic Foundation Plate Principle which means building different finite element models to simulate boundary condition of the legs. According to the calculation above, advices for the problem were provided.
