Abstract :
Existing quality management models define quality as a maximization problem disregarding entrepreneurial targets. The Aachen Quality Management Model brings a new approach of quality philosophy putting quality in the field of corporate orientation, corporate skills and customer requirements. Entrepreneurial quality as a stabilization problem requires control engineering methods and structures applied to business processes in order to treat the dynamic behavior. Using cybernetic metrics and terms the paper shows how to build up architecture for Quality Control Loops and discusses the assignability of the field of control theory for the analysis and design of organizational processes. Furthermore it provides an approach for mapping the reference model to business process systems and simulating their structure and behavior which will facilitate the setup of required control loops and the configuration of stable and robust process systems.
