Abstract
This study intends to investigate whether there are differences in website interface characteristics among multiracial website users using Marcus´s user interface components approach where four components of design; metaphors, mental models, navigation and appearance are matched with Hofstede´s cultural dimensions. The results are presented and discussed in this paper.
