Abstract :
Music image processing is one of important applications of image processing. This paper proposes a method to extract music image from images. This method combines erosion, dilation and region labeling algorithm, to acquire the feature information of images. According to analysing the data of the features and comparing the differences between music image and other images, we can classify the images and extract music image. Finally, it writes the program of the proposed method and executes the experiment in MATLAB7.1. Experimental results show that this method can effectively classify the images and extract music image from images.
