  • Abstract
It is very important for the firms in the being formed or already formed supply chain, especially the key firms, to recognize the trust relationship. Based on the literatures, the assumption is proposed by constructing an inter-firm trust model with the samples in the supply chain node enterprises according to a trust measurement table developed newly through Hunan firm background and cultural research. EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) is adopted to construct model and CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis), to analyze the total reality and validity for the measurements. At the same time, the validity of each latent variable dimension is verified. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is used to analyze the relationship among the latent variables, constructing a hypothesis testing, so that guides the domestic firms to implement the SCM (Supply Chain Management) strategy.
