Abstract :
This paper adopts the turbo synchronization framework to track the time varying carrier phase offset by exploiting the sequential Monte-Carlo techniques, known as particle filtering which gets increasing attention for solving non- linear non-Gaussian problem recently. We show that the particle filtering technology can be combined with the turbo receiver. The proposed scheme is lastly compared by computer simulation.
