Abstract :
This paper presents a portable and intelligent overload data acquisition system, which changes three directions of overload information into electrical signal by three micro-silicon accelerometers, during this process, digital potentiometer and MCU (MicroController Unit) are used to compensate temperature error and adjust the zero point of the output of accelerometers. Then instrumentation amplifier amplifies the analog signal in order to achieve the system requirements. In addition, A/D converter turns analog signal into digital signal. Finally, digital signal is sent to MCU for completing data acquisition. This system has simple structure, strong anti-interference ability and high measurement accuracy, therefore it has good prospects for the development.
