Abstract :
Software development team with an international members, or cross-culture members, may have problems form risk factors of Language, Style of communication, Attitudes about the time and Development method, which of course most of these risk factors will lead to the software project failure as well as other general factors. This paper presents a model to predict the risk factors mentioned above by using mathematical modeling as Bayesian belief network. It is also important for project managers in risk management software and needed to minimize the damage that may occur with software projects.
