Abstract :
This thesis has created a new Instructional Design combined with mobile learning and blending learning based on the instructional mode of JiTT, after our research on a software SuperMemo, new application can be used in network teaching which has been discovered, it is not only a software used to remember words, but also learning other knowledge by segements of a subject in the form of question-answer.
