Abstract

Elite courses construction is an important part of college infrastructure and instruction reform. The application and management system aims to be an integrated platform including functions of elite courses application, management, and review, which will promote elite courses construction and propel reform to achieve effective combination between paperless management and paper files. In this paper, system´s architecture, functional design and implementation process have been focused on. Specially, some technologies about main interface, solution to solve PNG graphics´ transparent and PDF file generation have been discussed and carried out in detail.
