Abstract
Videos are now an integral part of all communication channels including web. Online video sharing websites may have the same video uploaded by different users using different compression techniques each of it with different qualities. When all these compressed videos are given as input, this paper gives one superior quality video as output using Iterative Reconstruction Method (IRM). The highlight of this algorithm is that a video is reconstructed from its multiple compressed copies, not just a single compressed copy. This algorithm also removes the blocking artifacts introduced during compression.
