Abstract :
Designing and implementing instructional applications and systems based on public cloud computing infrastructure has many advantages such as low cost, low technical barriers and high diversity. This paper takes the online course development on Fundamentals of Multimedia Technology as an example, describes the procedure and methods of building online courses on public cloud computing infrastructure consisting of Google Sites collaborative suite, Google Docs office suite, etc.
