  • Abstract
    The Ca9Y(VO4)7-x(PO4)x (X=0-7) solid solution samples of synthesized ceramics and single crystals grown by the Czochralski method were characterized by powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction and optical spectroscopy. The microhardness Hv and fracture toughness K1c of solid solution single crystals were investigated.
