  • Abstract
Nanoparticles of ferromagnetic materials were synthesized by different approaches such us co-precipitation from nonaqueous solutions method, cryochemical way and microemulsion technique. In order to obtain core/shell particles, the as-prepared Fe3O4 nanoparticles were covered by CoFe2O4-shell with various thickness. The obtained particles were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), quantum design vibrating sample magnetometer and Mössbauer spectrometry.
