Abstract :
Body area network as the trend of development for future health care has shown great potential in improving healthcare quality. However, the security problem of body area network is the one of the key factors that affects it be widely accepted. In this paper, aiming at the requirements for data access security of body area networks, the entities and relations in role based access model are redefined, a fine-grained access control model for body area network based user trust degree have been proposed. We hope this paper can provide some research reference for further work.
