Abstract :
Absence of multicast protocol over the Internet, many to many unicast is needed to achieve the Multiparty Video Conference communications. Giving the good Quality of Service (QoS) to low bandwidth end users is very challenging task. We propose a new protocol called NetALM: Network based Application Layer Multicast protocol, which is used to provide efficient differentiated data distribution for Back Bone and Tree Bone networks. The main goal of this protocol is used to reduce end to end delay between nodes and it provides high scalability, heterogeneity, availability and reliability. In this application, we are dividing the users into two categories are Participants and Spectators. Participants can send both audio and video packets to other ends. However, Spectators can not send any audio and video packets; they can only receive the audio and video packets. Using this method we can improve the QoS.
