  • Abstract
    Erbium and ytterbium co-doped Gd2O3 nanocrystals were prepared by hydrothermal and reverse microemulsion methods. The upconversion luminescence spectra of Er3+ ions were measured at room temperature. An effect of synthesis conditions on the luminescence efficiency is discussed.
