Abstract
This paper describes accessibility guidelines for victim information registration and retrieval systems. First we describe an IAA (I Am Alive) system, which is one of victim information registration and retrieval systems. Next, we defined functional requirements for accessibility guidelines, and then compared them with other related accessibility guidelines. Accessibility of the IAA system´s user interfaces is discussed based on proposed functional requirements. As a result, IAA system´s user interfaces satisfy proposed guidelines though some improvements are required.
