Abstract :
An LMI-based method is proposed to design a quadratically stable flux observer for induction motors. The resulting observer is a linear parameter varying system, which insures an L2-gain attenuation between disturbance inputs and estimation error. After discretization in original way, the observer is experimentally validated and compared with the Verghese one
