  • Abstract
Many companies are now adopting agile methods to hopefully fix problems with delivering software in a timely, sustainable manner. However, most people seem to think that the transformation will be quick, and that once implemented, people can proceed along, with little or no change throughout. We are going to show how our team went through various transformations as we adopted different agile project management tools. The transformations cover a span of about two years, and it shows how the transformation not only affected the product team, but also affected the entire organization - the organization continues to change, reinforcing the fact that agile is never static.
