Abstract
The definitions of complex product configuration management (PCM) for aeronautical subcontract production are introduced. A product functions and structure components (PFSC) oriented information model on product configuration template (PCT) is accomplished, in which rapidly responds to the customers´ configuration requirement. And also, a fuzzy AHP method to the evaluation on PCT of PCM model in Aero-SP is proposed, and an illustrative case study is applied to demonstrate its practicability and effectiveness in the development of aero engine of advanced regional jet for 21st century (ARJ21), in which satisfied the customer´s requirement (CR) with individuation and diversification.
