  • Abstract
    In this article, we suggest an extraction method for reactor parameters in atmosphere plasma power supplies. The reactance was extracted from reactive power by detecting phase difference between inverter voltage and current. The validity of the proposed scheme is investigated through simulation results and experimental results.
