Abstract :
Code71 has been developing, maintaining, and supporting a complex Web-based lead management solution for its US-based small-business client- Method Marketing, L.L.C. using a remote Scrum [1] team. In this report, we describe the process that we used internally to implement Scrum practices in a remote delivery environment and share our lessons learned. In order to put our experiences into perspective, we described our incremental adoption of Scrum with the help of maturity stages. These stages are a result of after-thought, rather than a fore-thought or any existing industry standard model.
