Abstract :
An object-based intuitive user interface approach, based on a real life conceptual user model is introduced. The objects are represented graphically. A few simple concepts are applied to the whole user interface. These, together with high consistency in the interaction techniques, result in a highly user-friendly system. The design concepts are described and a design method for object-based user interfaces is proposed
