Abstract :
The fundamental premises driving the new communication architecture is the convergence of the voice and data realms. This paper aims to deliver a framework for inclusion of voice request and response facility in mobile Internet devices. The design methodology presented, is aimed at mobile devices supporting WAP (wireless application protocol), a defacto standard for access of Internet content on mobile devices. The service delivered to the subscriber will include the user being able to access his/her mobile device to access the Internet services and other telephony application using his/her voice. This paper presents the constraints related to the proposed method and hopes to find the optimal solution for it. This paper along with our earlier work on the same subject, puts forward a complete solution for voice enabled Internet access through a mobile device using WAP
