Abstract
In April of 2008, Dr. Jacob Baal-Schem invited me to serve as a member of the panel discussion on the subject of "Who invented Radio", which had to be held in the USA during IEEE Communications Society Globecom 2008. At that time, a few questions were put me concerning activity of Professor A.S. Popov. Unfortunately I could not participate in the Globecom 2008. Answering the questions formulated by Dr. Jacob Baal-Schem is the foundation of this paper.
