  • Abstract
    As modern signal generation continues to evolve, this session reports on a variety of recent advances. Subjects cover from ultra-low-power VCOs to millimeter-wave extremely-fast-locking synthesizers. These papers show the significance of CMOS, SiGe HBT and SiGe Bi-CMOS technologies for signal generation and report updates on chip-package co-design using LCP and BGA packaging.
