Abstract :
A new type of silicon small smart structure state detection system with fiber-optic sensing arrays and neural network are presented. The principle of the system and signal detection by means of the fiber-optical intensity modulation for the small structure state is described. The key technique for the manufacture of silicon three-dimensional structure and signal detection are given on the basis of the experiment. The signal process base on neural networks is analyzed. The results of the simulative experimentation for comparable different structure of neural networks are also presented in detail.
