Abstract :
The switching actions of power semiconductors cause unwanted electromagnetic emissions of power electronic apparatuses. In the paper, influencing aspects e.g. asymmetry of coupling paths, realization of chip-to-ground isolation and switching characteristics of the applied power semiconductors shall be discussed.
