This paper combines the basic content of e-commerce and the advantages and trends of changes of enterprise in the e-commerce environment to research the innovative features and models for operations and organizational management of enterprise based on e-commerce environment, further analysis of enterprises´ e-commerce activities from the global, strategic and forward-looking, this paper raises point of view that the enterprise should comprehensive innovate operation and organizational management to adapt the development of network technology, it has a great significance for enterprise changes operation and management mechanism under the e-commerce environment, realizes sustainable and stable development of enterprises and develops business e-commerce activities.
