  • Abstract
The paper deals with the scattering of an electromagnetic wave by a perfect conductor. The medium exterior to the perfect conductor is constituted by two homogeneous layers with different physical properties. This models for instance the scattering by a submarine antenna. Both media are then the ocean and the air
